This role requires solid experience building web applications and Java application tier development. You will implement middleware applications and ensure that they are highly scalable to handle large volume site traffic.
We need a strong understanding of core Java, serialization/de-serialization of data objects, remoting APIs such as REST and SOAP and good experience with J2EE with Spring. We want to see an Engineer who is well versed with OOP concepts within MVC frameworks. We'd also like to see some JavaScript and Ajax
This position is leveled to be a mentor and role model to more inexperienced developers. As such we do wish to find excellent communication skills, a true passion for technology, and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
