In this role you will be working very closely with mobile and web development teams, building APIs and services used in both web and mobile clients. You will also be working on a highly distributed environment that leverages cloud services to support customers.
Here is what we need: Several years of full-life cycle product development experience with:
PHP or Ruby
Python
Distributed Systems
Relational Databases
Large scale, consumer facing web experience (development and maintenance)
Solid OOP/OOD skills
REST based web services development
Cloud Services experience with AWS
Plusses include experience with any of the following:
Apache, Nginx, Node,js, SQS, RabbitMQ, Resque, Sharded Databases, Redis, DynamoDB, NoSQL, Agile
This is a very senior level position that will work with several internal teams. It is a very visible role and you will be noticed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
