Provide phone and web support for a variety of clients
- Troubleshoot Application Issues
- Provide Pre and Post Sales Support for Inside Sales Team
- Demo the The Company solution to a horizontal prospect and customer base
- Answer and deliver industry knowledge from inbound inquiries about our solution
- Up-sell current client accounts
- Problem solve to ensure prospects/clients have no barriers to using the solution
- Identify any issues which inhibit user activity,communicate these to team
- Knowledge of Salesforce; other CRM tools; ASP/API; Web 2.0; SaaS; SOA; & general programming methodologies and Software Architecture
- Social network savvy: Facebook; Linked In; Twitter
Bachelors degree in related field
- 5-8 years of support, help desk and/or sales engineer experience required
- Prior PM experience/PMP certification a huge bonus
- Software or Project Management sales knowledge a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
