This is a great opportunity to join the Creative Services team at Shutterfly and have a hand in defining a successful, growing brand.
Shutterfly offers one-of-a-kind photo books, personalized cards and imaginative gifts.
RESPONSIBILITES Write customer-centric copy that uses the appropriate voice for a particular customer Drive and manage projects internally; gain approvals from internal partners and Editorial Director Attend kick-offs and creative reviews and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner Condense significant amounts of messaging into succinct consumer communications Work closely with peers in design, marketing and merchandising while maintaining and upholding the Shutterfly brand to ensure a consistent tone and style across all forms of communication Continually ascertain workflow efficiency and accurate completion of projects according to deadlines REQUIREMENTS Passion for writing creative, strategic retail marketing copy Proven ability to balance brand voice with direct response effectiveness/performance Ability to align creative concepts with marketing strategies Experience writing for an online retailer Possess superior language, grammar and creative writing skills Articulate thinker with a sense of humor and an ability to take creative direction, react quickly and interact productively during kick-off meetings Strong interest in addressing and advocating for the end-user's experience Ability to work effectively as a member of an internal creative team and as a resource for different marketing teams Excellent project management skills Highly motivated Proficient in Microsoft word Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Source:
