Manage and develop Sales team including Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service and Administration Develop and execute growth strategy plans to increase account penetration pricing To increase revenue and margin level for each representative and distributor Oversee operations of Customer Service and Sales Administration Anticipate and analyze customer (current and future trends) needs, industry market segment trends Execute market and segment growth strategy Implement sales strategies through direct sales or channel partners Set up channel goals Implement project and opportunity forecasting

EDUCATION &
Experience:
Bachelors degree in engineering Business or equivalent work experience Successful Sales Management Experience in the OEM (Engines, Compressors, Turbines) rotating equipment markets Strong leadership and negotiation skills Experienced in South America a strong plus Experienced in both direct and channel sales markets Source:
