UTILIZATION REVIEW NURSE - Health Plan of San Mateo (South San Francisco, CA)
UTILIZATION REVIEW NURSE The Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM), a managed care health plan, seeks a Utilization Review (UR) Nurse to perform utilization reviews to assure that HPSM members receive necessary medical care in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The UR Nurse will be involved in the utilization management program and support the Health Services Department s overall goal of continuous measuring, monitoring and improving of the health care delivery system for all plan members.
Primary duties:
Maintain collaborative and cooperative relationships with other HPSM departments.

Must have own car, unrestricted driver s license and insurance in conformity with California state law minimums.
