Head Designer - Keen Systems (San Mateo, CA)
We are not out to build an army of drones, but a special forces unit.

Responsibilities:
- Work with entire team to process feedback and product plans into pixel-perfect app screens - Participate in discussions with customers and partners Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills - 5
years of design experience (agency experience a plus) - Focus on quality in all areas of work; detail-oriented - Ability to prioritize tasks; maintain work flow; and meet deadlines and goals - Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with minimal supervision - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, colleagues, and customers - Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced and dynamic environment - Ability to balance management of numerous simultaneous initiatives - Ability to push back and challenge traditional thinking, lead change and innovation, and stimulate a sense of urgency - At least Bachelor-Ts degree or equivalent required (design field or related HIGHLY preferred) Bonus Points:
