Monday - Friday 9am-1pm Office Assistant:
Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner Checking patients in Answering phone calls and scheduling patients Taking and delivering messages Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending email Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed Checking patients' benefits and eligibility online Performing other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence What we're looking for:
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in Time management Qualifications - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excellent customer service skills - Previous administrative experience is preferred - Ability to maintain phone etiquette and handle multi-line phone systems - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Typing speed and accuracy - Knowledge of data entry and calendar management - Familiarity with office management tasks - Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Job Type:
