company, needs a Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to Responsible for the product technology roadmap, strategy, structure and ongoing technical product management of new and existing product components for Visa's loyalty suite.
Work cross functionally to coordinate enhancements on the Visa Digital Benefits Platform (VDBP), including merging legacy functionality into a modern technology stack and creating a holistic user experience for a client and/or internal Visa user.
Lead and execute the platform level strategy with long-term and short-term product goals and vision.
Understand the varying needs of clients across the regions, define the roadmap for the global capabilities the company strives to build, and actively sell those enhancements to our partners in all regions.
Coordinate with different regional teams for the active product rollout and building long term pipeline for the clients and product development.
Lead and execute projects to design, scope, develop, and implement new product features and capabilities, in conjunction with the Visa technology team.
Lead the daily scrum and other agile ceremonies.
Lead the market roll out of new features and capabilities, with the support of Product Delivery and Regional Solutions teams.
Own and develop VDBP artifacts, plans, collateral, and communications that deliver against the product strategy and help our client-facing teams sell our products individually or as part of a solution.
Be responsible for representing VDBP to internal and external audiences.
Interact with regional Credit and Benefits teams to determine the right architecture and configuration of VDBP.
Build business cases for the investments that will drive revenue growth.
Develop product metrics, manage a global client pipeline, and understand how trends in consumer spending will influence the roadmap for VDBP.
Lead collaboration with internal Visa teams, such as regional teams, Technology, Client Services, other Visa product teams, Risk, and other applicable groups, to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature.
Provide post-launch support to VDBP benefit providers, fintech developers, and issuing partners globally.
Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
Domestic and international travel required 5% of the time.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related product manager or business analyst occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related product manager or business analyst occupation.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $163,571.
00 USD to $211,600.
00 USD per year.
Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
