Epic PB Analyst

As an Epic PB (Professional Billing) Analyst, your role is to analyze, implement, and maintain the Epic PB module within a healthcare organization.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective utilization and optimization of the Epic PB system to support billing processes and revenue cycle management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Epic PB certification or relevant Epic certifications (such as Resolute Hospital Billing) strongly preferred.
Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic PB or similar revenue cycle management systems.
Solid understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, billing operations, and compliance requirements (such as HIPAA).
Proficient in analyzing complex workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending system enhancements.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools within the Epic PB module (such as Radar or Clarity) is a plus.
