Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the executive team's calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Maintain and organize important documents and records.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making.
Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Assist in the management of construction project documentation.
Support the executive team in various administrative tasks and special projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role - Excellent proofreading and organizational skills - Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor - Proficient in using office software (e.
