Shipping & Logistics Supervisor

Our US branch has been growing and we are now requiring a full time member to handle everything related to our shipping and inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging and shipping our products - Configuring equipment to be shipped to customers - Managing returns and RMAs - Communicating with customers related to orders - Taking periodic inventory of stock - Managing our stock and shipments in our inventory management platform - Finding ways to improve our systems to be more accurate and time saving - Working with sales to project what stock will be needed each month - Working with UPS to set up and monitor our shipments
Experience:
- No previous experience needed.
We will train you on the job.
Requirements:
- Good organizational skills - Punctuality - The ability to use a computer for basic things like e-mail and spreadshseets - The ability to lift at least 30Lbs.
This job has a lot of room for advancement.
At this time you would be soley responsible for shipping but as we grow, we will begin to hire more team members that you would go on to train and manage.
We are a small team and you would be a part of our operation at the ground floor.
