Our hotel has elegant spaces and beautiful ballrooms to create the perfect ambiance, whether it is traditional, elegant, fun or a style that's your own.
The Banquet Server / Bartender is the primary guest care provider, greet guests, answers questions, take beverage orders, deliver completed items and ensure guest satisfaction by adhering to our high standards of service and hospitality.
The Banquet Server is also responsible for the entire guest experience after seating and up to departure.
The work schedule for this position includes AM & PM shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Deliver a warm and welcoming approach to all guests that creates memorable experiences Respond promptly and courteously to any and all guests' requests, questions and concerns Checks and assist with setup of tables and banquet room Provide efficient service of drinks and food to guests Reports to Banquet Captain for instructions on scheduling, setup and plan of action Assist with Houseman activities when necessary - setup and breakdown of the event
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience as Banquet Server or bartender in a catering business, restaurant or hotel preferred Excellent customer service skills Able to lift 50 lbs.
