Our Finance team is growing to match the growth of our R&D organization.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will help support our rapidly growing business through liaising with our business partners and managing their respective budgets.
Along with 2 other analysts in the team, we are looking for someone to help take the Product Finance team to the next level by providing detailed reporting, building scalable processes, and driving strategic initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assistance in management of the Engineering and Product teams' P&L Become a trusted advisor to the R&D team on projects ranging from new product launches, cost optimization, and margin analysis Partner with our Accounting team on month-end close processes Develop expertise in understanding how our customer's consumption and costs translate to the P&L Take on ad-hoc projects and synthesize results into digestible summaries for executives WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
0-1 years of FP&A experience/internships in either a start-up environment or IB/Equity Research Expert modeling abilities with a solid understanding of accounting principles Comfort with managing teams' headcount and overall budgets Business partnering experience with Engineering and Product executives and a desire to learn the technical side of the business Extreme attention to detail with a proactive mindset to identify and fix problems before they occur Hungry go-getter with a passion for learning and trying new things Strong team player that enjoys working with others and willingly takes the lead or support role as the situation dictates The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated pay range for this role is $73,000 - $106,900.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes:
